We are representing a food manufacturing company seeking an experienced Food Product Development professional to drive innovation and continuous product improvement initiatives.

This role plays a key part in strengthening product competitiveness, quality enhancement, and operational efficiency within a structured environment.

• Lead development and optimization of food product formulations to meet commercial and quality objectives
• Manage end-to-end product development activities, including lab trials and production trials
• Drive product improvement initiatives to enhance quality, cost-efficiency, and performance
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure successful product execution
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal standards

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology / Food Science or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in product development or formulation
• Strong understanding of product structure, texture, and processing impact
• Proven ability to manage product trials and cross-functional coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
