R-Network Capacity Planner (Logistics)- - - - - - - - - - -
- ** MISSION:
** On tactical or operational horizon, coordinate the “Logistics S&OP” process from the manufacturing sources to the Customer in order to guarantee the load/capacity/cost balancing solutions to be implemented (storage, flows, transport).
** KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:
*** Defines and updates the distribution plan on the S&OP horizon and update the financial forecast.
* Defines the solutions to be implemented in order to balance the load/capacities in terms of stocks, flows, transport and costs
* Ensures the treatment of alerts related to the annual budget undertakings.
* Follows and updates the key process indicators and operational parameters

* WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in network planning, capacity planning, logistics planning, or supply chain analytics.
* Strong understanding of logistics network operations (warehouse, hub, transportation, line haul, last mile).
* Proven experience in demand forecasting, capacity calculation, and gap analysis.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable capacity plans.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, complex formulas, scenario analysis).
* Experience with data/BI tools (SQL, Power BI) is an advantage.
* Ability to perform scenario planning for peak season, growth, and network expansion.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and strategy teams.
* Able to work independently in a fast-paced logistics environment Fluent in spoken and written English (min. B2 level).
