Japanese Speaker Production Division - Manufacturing - Cikarang (A-127600)

Our client is a Japanese Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Interpreter Production Division.

Job Responsibilities:

• Translate various written materials including documents, emails, manuals, and reports between Japanese and English (or the local language).
• Deliver simultaneous interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and conversations between Japanese and non-Japanese team members.
• Assist Japanese employee or visitors with their day-to-day communication needs within the organization.
• Facilitate communication during factory tours, audits, and inspections involving Japanese-speaking visitors.
• Foster strong working relationships with both Japanese and non-Japanese colleagues to promote smooth and effective communication.
• Handle all sensitive company information with strict confidentiality.
• Other tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from any major, preferably from Japanese language related major.
• Active business level of Japanese skill and high conversational level of English skill, proficient to communicate, translate, and create report on both languages.
• Holds N2 Certification.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Japanese Interpreter in the manufacturing industries.
• Able to work under pressure and good communication skill.
