HR Manager - Chemical Manufacturing - Cikarang
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager (Industrial Relations) to lead end-to-end HR functions with a strong focus on workforce relations, compliance, and employee management within an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:Manage all Industrial Relations (IR) matters including disputes, negotiations, warnings, terminations, and coordination with Manpower Office (Disnaker).
Lead and oversee daily HR operations: recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, and employee engagement.
Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Manpower Law and internal company regulations.
Handle union relations
, Collective Labor Agreements (PKB), and Company Regulations (PP).
Manage disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution professionally and objectively.
Advise management on HR policies, manpower planning, organizational structure, and workforce strategy.
Prepare HR reports, documentation, audits, and IR-related records.
Act as a strategic HR partner to management while remaining operationally hands‑on.
General Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong and proven experience in Industrial Relations (mandatory).
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
Managerial-level experience with strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
Willing to work full WFO in Cikarang
