Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax Accountant

Coordinate with external parties such as local tax offices, banking institutions, and support the development of related business operations.

Manage various financial transactions, including bank settlements, bookkeeping of bank statements, receipts, and documentation organization.

Review payment vouchers to ensure compliance with financial management regulations, process both domestic and international payments, and handle monthly and annual tax declarations, including corporate PPh.

Handle monthly and annual corporate income tax (PPh) calculations and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submission.

Ensure timely settlement of accounts payable and receivable, and maintain efficient financial account management for the company.

Issue and verify invoices, manage tax withholding (potongan sertifikasi), and assist with monthly tax declaration and reconciliation processes, utilizing platforms such as Coretax.

Apply business accounting and inventory principles to calculate cost and expense data for supporting business optimization.

Maintain and organize accounting files such as vouchers, ledgers, and financial reports, while also assisting with general administrative and operational tasks.

Assist with contract administration, procurement processes, and ensure compliance with local financial and tax regulations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience; possession of an Accounting Certification and/or Brevet A & B certification is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with Indonesian taxation, including PPh, VAT, and BPJS regulations, and experience using Coretax or similar tax reporting platforms.

Proficient in financial software (e.g., Excel, accounting systems) and office tools, with a strong understanding of cash handling, bank transactions, and payment procedures in accordance with regulations.

Meticulous, data-driven, and capable of analyzing financial data to provide insightful recommendations.

Responsible and communicative team with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive working attitude.
