Responsibilities- Working with factory team to drive Financial KPI target achievement (e.g., CPT/Cost per Ton) & financial control compliance
- Leading financial process for Tea & Savory factory related but not limited to:
Monthly rolling COGP forecast, Savings tracking and governance, Month end closing including cost variance analysis, Annual business planning, Consolidated Nutrition's Reporting - Leading factory related business cases – working with multifunctional team
- Leading performance management and process improvement related to production cost central charges
- More than 2 years of working experience
- Bachelor's in accounting / finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- High degree of diplomacy and sensitivity in dealing with different kind of stakeholders
- Good analytical skills and high accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

PT. Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia (UOI) was established on January 3rd, 2012 and is wholly owned by Unilever Netherland. UOI is one of the biggest olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers use domestic products.
The plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.
