Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting and tax experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role within a Japanese manufacturing company.

Solid knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.

Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems and Excel.

Having Brevet A & B, CPA/CA is an advantage.

Demonstrated knowledge in Accounting, Costing, Controlling, Forecasting, Auditing, and Reporting.

Proficient English written and verbal communication.

• Lead the accounting & tax function, covering audit process, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Manage tax compliance activities including VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Withholding Tax, and payroll tax.
• Ensure timely and accurate month‑end and year‑end closings, financial statements.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of internal controls to ensure financial accuracy.
• Act as the key contact for internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes meet compliance standards.
• Stay up to date with local tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK), ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with HQ Accounting & Finance teams to ensure alignment in reporting and strategy.
