Quality Control Manager (Electrical Manufacturing)
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control of electrical products. Speaks English well. Preferably Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Willing to work in Cikarang.
Responsibilites:
- Analyzed electrical product issues by identifying root causes, evaluating failure mechanisms, and proposing technical countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
- Prepared detailed troubleshooting reports, documented findings, and provided improvement recommendations to superiors for decision‑making.
- Communicated with suppliers regarding component issues, quality deviations, corrective actions, and technical clarifications.
- Coordinated with related departments at headquarters to align standards, obtain technical support, and ensure smooth resolution of engineering and quality matters.
