Engineering Technician

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repair of facilities and public facilities and infrastructure in the hospital environment in accordance with established standards
• Carrying out maintenance, repair, replacement and calibration activities for public facilities and infrastructure according to schedule using preventive and corrective maintenance programs and correct methods/regulations
• Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors and other related parties
• Carry out routine checks and documentation of the condition and function of public facilities and infrastructure, including water sources and electricity sources, to ensure maintenance standards are achieved, implemented and maintained
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
• Fill out daily logsheets regularly for designated areas

• Bachelor Degree from Machinery/Electrical Engineering
• Machinery/Electrical Engineering
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair technical issues.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• The role may involve physical activities such as lifting, carrying, and climbing ladders.
• Have minimum 1 year work experience in the engineering field, preferably who has worked in a hospital
