Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field).
Minimum 5–15 years of experience in Factory Automation, Special Purpose Machine (SPM), and proven experience handling medium to large-scale industrial projects.
Strong network within manufacturing, automotive, or automation industries is an advantage.
Strong understanding of robot systems and factory automation concepts.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (2D/3D).
Good understanding of engineering project workflows and construction processes.
Experience in tender and bidding processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Soft SkillsStrong negotiation and closing skills.
Leadership capability and ability to build long-term business relationships.
Target-oriented and results-driven.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Additional RequirementsWilling to travel for business trips (domestic and overseas).

Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Development & Business StrategyDevelop and execute sales strategies for manufacturing, automation, and construction industry sectors.
Identify and acquire new customers in robot systems, factory automation, Special Purpose Machines (SPM), and industrial project construction.
Manage and maintain strategic/key accounts to ensure long-term business relationships.
Achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
2. Technical Analysis & Engineering SolutionsIdentify customer technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions related to robot systems, automation, and custom SPM.
Coordinate with the Engineering team to develop technical concepts and solutions.
Deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers.
Conduct site surveys and technical discussions with customer teams.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for automation and construction projects.
Participate in tender and bidding processes.
Negotiate pricing, specifications, project timelines, and payment terms.
Oversee projects from inquiry stage through closing and handover.
4. Project Coordination & MonitoringCoordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Project teams.
Ensure project timelines are aligned with contractual commitments.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely and professional solutions.
Analyze automation and manufacturing industry trends.
Monitor competitors and identify new project opportunities.
Prepare sales pipeline reports, forecasts, and project progress updates.
