About the role

As a Purchasing Officer (General) at PT Mulia Industrindo Tbk, you will play a crucial role in the company's supply chain operations. This full‑time position is based in Cikarang, West Java, and will involve managing procurement activities to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of materials and services to support the company's manufacturing and logistics needs.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and source the best suppliers for required goods and services.
• Negotiate and secure favourable terms and pricing with suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain productive relationships.
• Analyse market trends and provide recommendations to improve the company's purchasing strategies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of stocks.
• Assist with the implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
• Willing to be placed at Cikarang (full on‑site).

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or any related major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills to achieve the best outcomes for the company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Proficient in using procurement software (SAP) and data‑analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.
• Familiarity with relevant procurement regulations and best practices.
