A community support organization is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in developing the functional living skills needed to achieve independence. The role involves providing support aligned with individuals' goals. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 21 years old, with preferred experience in working with persons with disabilities.

A valid Illinois Driver's License is required, along with additional certifications within the first ninety days of employment.
