DESCRIPTION
The Stabilization Home Clinical Supervisor is a key player in enhancing the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of the behavioral team within the Department of Clinical Services. This role is crucial in ensuring the Agency provides effective and successful stabilization of individuals in crisis.
QUALIFICATIONS- Master's of Clinical Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis degree or an equivalent Master's degree in a human services field from an accredited school preferred.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certificate.
- Minimum of two years of professional work experience in a clinical setting with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, of which includes a minimum of one year experience in behavior analysis.
- Completion of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Supervisor Training.
- Valid Illinois Driver's License with proof of insurance.
- Possess or acquire within the first 14 days of employment, Safety Care Specialist training, approval to supervise students accruing hours toward board certification, updating as required, and approval to bill 56U funding as a Level 1 Provider through the Department of Human Services (DHS) and IMPACT.
- Possess, utilize and operate working personal vehicle as necessary between program worksites
Full-time during business/program hours, with scheduling flexibility to work variable hours as needed to effectively carry out duties and responsibilities. Acts as primary or secondary response to behavioral crisis situations.
