Early Childhood Special Education Teacher | Illinois | 2025–2026 School Year

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to join a supportive school community in Illinois for the 2025–2026 academic year. This role is ideal for an educator who values early intervention, inclusive learning, and building strong foundations for young learners during their most critical developmental years.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll support young learners by providing intentional, individualized instruction designed to meet a variety of learning and developmental needs. This includes creating and implementing IEPs, delivering developmentally appropriate lessons, and adjusting curriculum and materials to promote academic progress, positive behavior, and social-emotional growth. You’ll establish a classroom environment that is structured yet welcoming—one that encourages curiosity, independence, and active participation.

Teamwork plays a vital role in this position. You’ll collaborate regularly with general education teachers, related service professionals, and families to ensure consistency and continuity of support across settings. By sharing insight, planning together, and aligning strategies, you’ll help create an inclusive learning experience that supports smooth transitions and long-term student success.

Must hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an Early Childhood Special Education endorsement and possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Special Education or a related field. A strong understanding of early childhood development and evidence-based instructional practices is essential, along with effective communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Experience working with young children who have diverse learning needs is highly preferred.
