We are seeking a compassionate, professional
Patient Coordinator
who is eager to build a long-term career and grow with us. If you enjoy helping families, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a positive office culture and community, we’d love to meet you!
As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our patients and their families. Your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to the following:
- Greeting patients and guests with a warm, professional demeanor
- Explaining treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Presenting payment options and assisting patients with financial arrangements
- Managing incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and assessment skills
- Supporting clear and positive communication between management and staff
- Coordinating patient scheduling to optimize daily workflow and staff productivity
- Ensuring daily tasks, office objectives, and production goals are met
- Assisting with inside and outside marketing initiatives
- Preparing and submitting clean insurance claims
We’re seeking someone who is personable, dependable, and thrives in a busy office setting. You should enjoy working with children and families, value teamwork, and be committed to maintaining the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience
- Knowledge of dental terminology
Basic computer proficiency (dental software, Word, Excel) - Ability to make informed decisions with or without supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Texas Medicaid experience (Preferred)
- Knowledge of dental plans and insurance terminology
- 2+ years of dental office experience
- Outgoing, approachable, and patient-focused
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
