Registered Dental Assistant at our Cibolo Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics Clinic (Part of the Tots to Teens Dental Group)!

Cibolo Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics (Part of theTots to Teens Dental Group) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant with a genuine passion for working with children and delivering outstanding patient care. If you are motivated, compassionate, and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced orthodontic practice, we would love to meet you!

As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in supporting our orthodontists and ensure each patient has a positive experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Taking patient x-rays, impressions, and orthodontic records
• Preparing patients and assisting the orthodontist during procedures
• Bonding brackets and scanning images
• Cleaning, preparing, and sterilizing instruments and equipment
• Maintaining accurate and organized patient records

We are searching for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, especially children, and takes pride in delivering compassionate, high-quality care. • 2+ years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
• Proficiency in chairside and four-handed dentistry
• Strong clinical and technical dental assisting skills
• Active Texas RDA License
• Current BLS certification

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, professional attitude
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent multitasking abilities
• Proactive and able to anticipate the doctor’s needs
• Experience with model pouring and impressions
• Familiarity with Open Dental software
• Bilingual (is a plus)
