Administrative Specialist

We’re partnering with a growing healthcare services organization that supports insurance providers by reviewing medical care related to workplace injuries, auto accidents, and other injury-related claims. This team plays a critical role in ensuring medical decisions are appropriate, evidence-based, and aligned with clinical guidelines.

• Receive, review, and process incoming medical documentation
• Coordinate case information and ensure accurate data entry
• Support fulfillment and intake workflows across internal teams
• Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders
• Maintain organization and accuracy in a fast-paced office environment

• Prior experience in an office, administrative, healthcare, or insurance setting
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Comfortable working onsite in a professional office environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Schedule options between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexibility preferred)
• Fully onsite role in the Schertz, TX area
