Are you ready to contribute to the development of the digital transformation? As the IT service and competence center of the cantonal administration of Graubünden, we support our services with a secure basic infrastructure and state‑of‑the‑art applications. Together with you, we will advance the digital transformation of the Canton of Graubünden.
For this purpose, as the IT Office, we are looking immediately or by agreement for an ICT service manager.
Tasks- You advise our offices and support them in choosing the most appropriate ICT services.
- You analyze interruptions, related problems, and changes and derive improvement measures.
- You manage the ICT service catalog.
- You work closely with our internal ICT teams and support them in introducing new ICT services.
- You optimize ICT service management processes.
- You are responsible for license management and oversee its further development.
- You prepare reports, indicators, and other decision‑making bases.
- Professional training or further education in computer science or several years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid practical knowledge of ITIL processes as well as the use of ITSM tools.
- Strong customer orientation, high quality awareness, and excellent communication skills.
- Initiative, perseverance, and a structured, solution‑oriented working method, with a team‑oriented attitude.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German.
