- Education in IT or several years of relevant experience required.

As the IT service and competence center of the cantonal administration of Graubünden, we support our departments with a secure basic infrastructure and advanced applications. Together with you, we will advance the digital transformation of the canton of Graubünden.
We at the Office for Informatics are therefore looking for an ICT Service Manager to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility- You advise our departments and support them in selecting suitable ICT services.
- You analyze incidents, problems, and changes and derive improvement measures.
- You maintain the ICT service catalog.
- You work closely with our internal ICT teams and help them introduce new ICT services.
- You optimize ICT service management processes.
- You are responsible for license management and further develop it.
- You create reports, key figures, and other decision-making bases.
- Education or training in computer science or several years of experience in a comparable role.
- Solid practical knowledge of ITIL processes as well as experience with ITSM tools.
- High customer orientation, a strong quality awareness, and a communicative demeanor.
- Initiative and good perseverance as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working as a team player.
- Good German skills in spoken and written form.
