Aufgaben- Anforderungen analysieren und systematisch dokumentieren
- Optimierungskonzepte für Geschäftsprozesse entwickeln
- Umsetzung technischer Lösungen eigenständig leiten
- Testdurchführungen koordinieren und dokumentieren
- Schulungen für Anwender effizient gestalten
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich
- Erfahrung mit ERP- oder CRM-Systemen (MS365, SAP S4/Hana)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
