About the job Chief Human Resources Officer - Aviation Industry

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Human Resources team
- Define and implement their long-term HR strategy
- Manage and enhance HR policies, processes, and structures to support business goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to executive leadership on all HR-related matters
- Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
- Develop and promote a positive workplace culture that fosters engagement, diversity, and employee well-being
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at national and international levels
Your Profile
- Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) or a related field, with additional professional qualifications (e.g., MAS, MBA, or equivalent)
- Extensive leadership experience in HR, ideally in a senior management role
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- High level of intercultural competence and emotional intelligence
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in the aviation or aerospace sector is a plus
- Willingness to be based in the region of Chur
