Ein führendes Kreuzfahrtunternehmen in Graubünden sucht einen Rezeptionisten (m/w/d) mit Kompetenz in Kundenservice und Mitarbeitermanagement. Verantwortlich für den 24-Stunden-Service an der Rezeption und die Organisation der Gästeanfragen sowie Beschwerden.
Ihr Profil umfasst eine einschlägige Ausbildung und mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in dieser Branche. Neben sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen sind Führungsqualitäten und Teamfähigkeit erforderlich.
