- Fachliche und personelle Führung der Abteilung Kundendialog und Telefonzentrale/Empfang mit einem Team von 4-5 Mitarbeitenden
- Aktive Mitarbeit im Kundendialog sowie lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von Kundenbeschwerden auf Basis interner und externer Abklärungen zur jeweiligen Sach- und Rechtslage
- Sicherstellung einer professionellen und positiv gestalteten Kundenbeziehung, insbesondere bei anspruchsvollen Reklamationsfällen
- Kundenorientierte Bearbeitung und Koordination von Schadenfällen (z.B. Autoverlad, Gepäcktransporte)
- Weiterentwicklung des Kulanzwesens sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Standards, Prozessen und Servicequalität
- Konzeptionelle Führung und aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten insbesondere bei der Einbringung von Kundenanliegen
