Die Hauptaufgaben sind
- Buchhaltungsleitung (Immobilien, Kreditoren, Debitoren) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team
- Verantwortung für Mahnwesen und Inkassoverfahren
- Erstellen von MWST-Abrechnungen, Jahresabschlüssen sowie von Heiz- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
Das Anforderungsprofil beinhaltet
- Absolvierte kaufmännische Grundausbildung, von Vorteil im Immobilien- oder Treuhandbereich
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen wünschenswert
- Äusserst pflichtbewusste Persönlichkeit mit Zahlenflair
