Driver

We are currently looking for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Lancaster, California. As a key team member, you will ensure safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Position subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement.

• $20.69 – $23.00 per hour (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
• Starting pay $20.69 with progression to $23.00 over 4 years.

• Vacation: 70 to 120 hours per year.
• Paid Sick Leave: 48 hours after 30 days of employment. Medical, dental and vision after 90 days for full‑time employees. Life insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, and company holidays.

• Execute flawless operations by following designated routes, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment.
• Uphold company policies, including seat‑belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates for service animals, mobility devices, and equipment.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

• Work flexible shifts as needed.
• Work may involve long periods of sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment combines indoor and outdoor settings.
