Handyman Position – Restoration Work at Rainbow Restoration

We are looking for a full-time, skilled and hard‑working handyman to provide water damage restoration services to residential homes across San Diego County.

• Repair damage caused by water or mold, restoring cabinetry, flooring, drywall, baseboard and paint.
• Respond to request for standard or emergency repairs or other associated services from general and/or resident managers on a timely basis.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, safety components or structural elements as needed.
• Perform turn‑over work that may include demolition, cleaning, drywall repair, structural repair, painting, cabinet installation, plumbing and electrical work.
• Test performance of appliances.
• Keep storage facilities and equipment organized.
• Complete all work with attention to detail and quality.
• Ensure reliable transportation and maintain basic tools.

• Experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
• Experience with common and power tools.
• Proficiency in painting and drywall.
• Skill in tile and vinyl flooring.
• Clear communication skills.
• Willingness to uphold company standards for safety, tenant service and efficiency.
• Disciplined, punctual and friendly.
• Fluency in English.

$18.00 – $25.00 per hour.
