Overview
Mossy Automotive Group is currently looking for an experienced Used Car Assistant to join our motivated team. The Used Car Assistant supports the Used Car Department with tasks including but not limited to managing used inventory for the dealership, processing wholesales, handling used car purchases, and working with vendors, ensuring used vehicles are front-line ready while promoting integrity and client satisfaction.
Base hourly wage ranges from $18.00/hr to $21.00/hr.

- Processing Wholesales and Used Vehicle Purchases for the dealership.
- Ensuring used vehicles are front-line ready for sale.
- Maintaining strong networks with vendors and customers to ensure consistent future business.
- Creating Purchase Orders in Excede for each Used Vehicle Purchase (Wholesale, Street, etc.).
- Manage records, bar codes and additional paperwork for vehicle inventory.
- Assist with Dealer Trades.
- Promoting an understanding of, and strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Handling vehicle deliveries when needed.
- Continually monitoring practices for compliance with all policies; procedures; and applicable legal requirements; responding promptly to noncompliance.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Attends managers meetings as requested.
- Experience in Sales & Leadership Qualities.
- Competency in establishing client financing.
- Proficient in operating systems conducive to sales and finance.
- Appears for work on time, dressed appropriately and ready to work.
- Interact effectively with co-workers.
- Understands and follows posted work rules and procedures and all company policies.
