Desert Auto Group IV, LLC dba Chula Vista Honda is looking for self‑driven and motivated salespeople to join our team. To be a great salesperson you must love talking to people, be self‑driven, work hard, have a positive attitude, but most of all have fun. If this is you, WE WANT YOU!

• Gain knowledge of product assortment through various channels.
• Create a customer base by actively engaging with new clients.
• Take clients on test drives, ensuring all proper documentation is completed and accurate.
• Provide the client with all necessary details to ensure a clear and transparent sales process.
• Understand and work with automotive computer systems and processes.

• Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: e‑mail, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with VIN Solutions or another CRM application an asset.
• Ability to work independently and be self‑motivated.
• A desire to work in a commission, performance‑based environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in the state where you will work and a good driving record.
• Great attitude with high‑energy personality.
