The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, overseeing store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, and human resources management, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies.

Minimum age requirement: 21. Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
