• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests in a welcoming way to solve their needs.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to achieve goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment when certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by leadership for all GM areas.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders when required.
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; applicable to roles such as Drive-Up or curbside pickup.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
