About YouYou’ll provide excellent, in‑the‑moment care when patients need it most. You’ll hone your ability to triage and assess critical needs – with a team to back you with support – lean on our community to shift in schedule or role.
The Ideal Candidate would be willing and able to care for sick and injured patients who arrive on an emergency basis, as well as manage hospitalized patients. This role requires the ER DVM to assess patients, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and oversee technicians who are carrying out these plans. The ER DVM will also perform surgeries, provide critical care, and ensure a high level of service for all patients in our emergency department.

- Ensure a high level of service for all patients in the emergency department.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree.
- Active state Veterinary Board License in good standing for the state of intended employment.
- Active DEA license or DEA license‑eligible.
- Experience in emergency medicine (work experience, small animal rotations, or emergency internships).

CompensationNegotiable based on credentials and experience. Annual PROSAL full‑time range starting at $180,000 - $250,000 per year.
