This AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Chula Vista is hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join a four-DVM team in a well-established, community-rooted practice.

The medical team includes a practicing medical director and three experienced associate veterinarians who value continuity and sound decision-making. Doctors here manage their own cases from start to finish whenever possible, which means you actually get to see outcomes, adjust plans, and build real relationships with clients over time. Preventive care makes up a solid portion of the caseload, but this is not a vaccine-only practice.

In addition to routine and medical cases, the hospital handles same-day urgent visits and sees a range of exotic patients, which adds variety to the work without turning the day into constant triage.
