Licensed Vocational Nurse

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chula Vista, for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). The LVN will perform routine nursing tasks, administer medications and treatments, collect patient data, and assist in monitoring hormonal therapies and metabolic testing. Additional responsibilities include supporting recovery therapies, providing patient education on optimized care plans, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.

You will work closely with healthcare providers to deliver personalized care to patients in a collaborative clinical environment.

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification and valid state licensure in California
• Basic knowledge in hormonal therapy, metabolic health, and recovery treatments considered a plus
• Proficiency in administering medications, performing patient assessments, and monitoring clinical outcomes
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to provide empathetic and effective patient education
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing medical records and ensuring compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hands-on, team-focused clinical environment
• Prior experience in personalized or preventive healthcare is an advantage
