Pay range: $17.00 – $17.50 per hour

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence management.
• Respond to residents’ needs promptly while upholding their self‑respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate any observed changes or suspected conditions to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co‑workers and other departments.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
• Vaccination and health safety protocols as required by Oakmont Management Group.
