Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership career? Mission Fed is looking for a Senior Assistant Branch Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. In this role, you’ll lead a dynamic team of Tellers and Universal Service Representatives (USRs) to deliver exceptional service and drive sales success. You’ll also partner closely with the Branch Manager to execute strategies that support our credit union’s growth and member experience goals—and step in as acting Branch Manager when needed.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

  Assist with lending, new accounts, and branch operations to ensure seamless member experiences.

Here is what we are looking for:

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent (experience may substitute for education).
• Experience:
• 4+ years in financial services, including sales, lending, and operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role with proven success in coaching and team development.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze credit reports and understand lending processes.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office;
  Symitar experience is a plus.
• Bonus:Notary Public Commission or Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) certification—or willingness to obtain.

Base Pay/Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00
* per year, plus incentives!

* Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
