Operations Manager, General Management, Program / Project Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position focuses on supporting and enforcing safety, governmental, and company procedures while meeting operational goals. It promotes efficient use of cylinder assets, vehicle assets, and plant assets, as well as optimizing costs by reducing production, distribution, and cylinder maintenance costs. The role also involves recommending and overseeing the region's allocation of capital investments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Lead safety indicators and monitor operating costs.
- Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies and standards.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Management, or related field required.
Experience: 1-3 years in gas production/distribution; 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of gas operations, personnel development, effective communication, leadership, planning, supervision, inventory management, interpersonal skills, multitasking, teamwork, and proficiency in MS Office. Understanding of applicable regulations (DOT, OSHA, FDA, EPA, NFPA).

Certifications:
Valid Driver’s License in state of employment.
