Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable to join our team. NO PRIOR POOL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and repairing swimming pools to ensure safety, cleanliness, and optimal operation. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. The Pool Technician will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients by ensuring their pools are in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning filters, skimming debris, and balancing chemical levels
• Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators
• Conduct repairs on pool equipment using hand tools and power tools
• Maintain accurate records of service visits and repairs performed
• Identify potential issues early and recommend appropriate solutions
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance and repair activities

Job Requirements

• Prior experience as a pool technician is NOT REQUIRED
• Someone with a great attitude, friendly, and open to learning is required
• Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance
• Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing procedures
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards

Pay Rate:
Starting $18.00/HR

Pay-Rate Ranges: $18.00/HR- $85.00/HR
