Epic Ambulatory Community Connect Clinical Informatics Analyst
- Requires Epic Ambulatory certification with broad clinical application knowledge (MyChart, Security, HIM) and strong hands‑on build/configuration skills.
- Handle ticket review/analysis, medication and workflow requests, and support Community Connect practices through ongoing enhancement work.
- Collaborate with providers and clinics to assess workflows, determine needed configuration, and convert clinical requests into Epic build tasks.
- Act as liaison with clinics/providers and build teams; deliver onsite elbow support, gather requirements, and convert clinician requests into technical build items.
- Client‑facing self‑starter with strong relationship‑building; comfortable doing regular onsite visits.
