Position: ABA Clinical Supervisor (BCBA Hours)

Basics Of This Opportunity
  • Base Compensation: $30.00 - $36.50 per hour based on experience, skills, and geography
  • Bonus:
    Attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years)

    Opportunity for direct & indirect supervision hours, study support and training to help you pass the BCBA exam, 13 days off annually between holidays including 1 floating holiday and PTO, that begins to accrue from Day 1
  • Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks including clinical best practices, Central Reach usage, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments; weekly office hours or 1:1 support from our Clinical Development team
  • Education and Mentorship:
    Monthly CEUs and an annual in-house conference
  • Flexible

    Schedule:

    Mon-Fri mornings, mid-day, and afternoons up to 6:30pm most nights, with two to three evenings per week until 8:30pm (evenings paid). No Saturday work unless you schedule make-up sessions.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Inspire Growth and Progress:
    Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure progress under BCBA guidance
  • Empower and Support:
    Mentor behavior technicians, coordinate client visits, and provide coaching and clinical support
  • Champion Accountability:
    Ensure full clinical prescriptions, accurate billing records, and timely progress reports and treatment plans
  • Adapt and Thrive:
    Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities and manage a dynamic caseload
  • Motivate and Elevate:
    Support staff productivity, participate in performance evaluations, and assist families and technicians during urgent situations
What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required
  • Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or obtaining hours towards certification, preferred
  • At least one year of experience providing clinical program management under supervision of a BCBA
  • Onboarding requirements: fingerprinting, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and immunities to MMR/VZV; we will cover costs
