TitleRecovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide)
Responsibilities- Monitor and communicate with clients
- Provide rehabilitation groups under supervision
- Support clients ADLs as needed
- Assist in crisis intervention
- Ensure proper documentation per policies and procedures
On-Call
Qualifications- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience as applicable in a psychiatric setting
- If two years of experience are not available, training may be substituted (based on an in-service plan of 52 hours)
- Driving duties may be assigned, including transportation of clients
- Valid California Driver's License and successful pass of DMV driving history check

Our services at Crestwood Chula Vista help clients recover with resilience, accessing wellness tools and staff support. The program aims to restore hope, empowerment, community support inclusion, realized potential, and psychiatric stabilization.
The salary range is the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary is based on factors including skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range: $22 USD - $23 USD.
