Silva MD Anti-Aging & Wellness one of our valued partners is a premier integrative medical practice dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best through personalized wellness and aesthetic medicine. They specialize in anti-aging therapies, hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, and aesthetic treatments designed to enhance health, confidence, and vitality.

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) with a passion for anti-aging, aesthetics, and wellness medicine. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment that blends medical science with holistic care.

Work Schedule

Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in CA
  • Board certification as a Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; prior aesthetics or dermatology experience preferred
  • Completion of advanced injectable training (neurotoxins, dermal fillers) required
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and aesthetic principles
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, patient-centered environment
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying up to date on new treatments and best practices
Patient Consultation & Assessment
  • Conduct patient consultations, reviewing medical history, aesthetic goals, and treatment options
  • Assess patient candidacy for cosmetic procedures and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide education on procedures, risks, benefits, aftercare, and expected outcomes
Clinical & Procedural Duties
  • Perform non-surgical cosmetic injections (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP, Kybella)
  • Administer additional aesthetic treatments within scope of practice (e.g., microneedling, laser treatments, chemical peels, skin tightening) as appropriate
  • Ensure safe, precise, and effective administration of all procedures following medical and regulatory standards
  • Monitor patient responses during and after treatment; manage any adverse events appropriately
Patient Care & Experience
  • Deliver a professional, compassionate, and personalized patient experience
  • Provide post-treatment care instructions and ongoing follow-up support
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of consultations, procedures, and outcomes in EMR
  • Partner with supervising physician and Med Spa team to ensure continuity of care
  • Stay current on new products, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing training
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, medical guidelines, and state regulatory requirements
  • Participate in cross-training and support team efforts to enhance overall clinic operations
Operational Support
  • Assist with inventory management of injectables, supplies, and medical equipment
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives through education sessions, patient events, or social media features when appropriate
  • Provide feedback to leadership on patient trends, treatment results, and opportunities for service growth
