Registered Associate Therapist position available in Chula Vista, CA, seeking candidates with AMFT, APCC, or ACSW credentials. Join our team with a minimum of two years of behavioral health experience, ideally in outpatient settings. This on-site role caters to clients of all ages, from children to adults, couples, and families. As a W2 staff member, you'll work in a collaborative private practice focused on exceptional client care, minimizing administrative duties.

Enjoy compensated supervision time and the support of referral management, intake procedures, billing, and promotions. Multiple locations have openings and flexibility for evening and weekend availability is required. You must be registered as an associate in the state of California and have this number. We believe in doing better by growing and learning. You will get to:

• Provide psychotherapeutic outpatient care for children, teens, and adults
• Provide couples counseling and family therapy
• Assess and diagnose independently
• Attend weekly supervision with the onsite supervisor
• Choose interventions throughout the care

• Utilize suicide assessment skills
• Complete risk assessments

$30 - $42 hourly
