Salary Range: ,000/year - ,000/year (dependent on education and experience)
*** ON - CALL POSITION (7 days on/7 days off - Monday through Thursday 5 pm to 8:30 am and Friday 5 pm through Monday 8:30 am)***

Responsibilities of the Hospice RN include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Appropriately handle calls either by phone or with home or facility visit when necessary or requested.
- Provide education and emotional support for patients and families.
- Must electronically communicate all activity when on-call shift ends.
- Document pertinent calls and visits electronically.

- Current Virginia State Board of Nursing License - Required
- Two years' experience in acute care, home health, long term care, or geriatric nursing.
- Required - Ability to work independently & capable of dealing with terminally ill patients.
- Required - Virginia driver license, good driving record and reliable transportation.
- Required - Must have computer experience.
