You will be establishing and directing the strategic long-term goals, policies and procedures of Foxguard's Information Systems infrastructure and applications in support of Foxguard business objectives. You will ensure that the company's network infrastructure and information assets are secure, stable and sophisticated enough to meet business needs. Ongoing focus will include planning, organizing and daily execution of all IT Operations functions and the team’s adherence to policies and procedures related to user helpdesk, and administration of enterprise systems, servers and related databases, user endpoints, applications and network services.

• Complete a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a relevant field
• You have worked in a related role for at least 10 years, or relevant experience in lieu of degree

• At least 5 years of direct IT Management experience and Network certifications
• Former experience working in a government regulated environment is preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and change management experience
• Deep understanding of current Information Systems technologies, network systems, and cybersecurity best practices
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff management
• Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly, and work well as part of a team
• Strong project management experience.

The range of base salary for the position is between $97,000 - $131,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
