As our Assistant Manager, you'll work side by side with the Store Manager to drive the business. You'll be leading from the front, making sure the store performs, the team stays sharp, and every customer walks out looking and feeling good.

In this role, you'll:

• Run the floor and drive a strong sales culture
• Support with rosters, targets, and daily operations
• Train, coach, and lift the team every shift
• Keep the store looking slick and stock under control
• Be the calm head and decision maker when things get busy

You've already got some leadership under your belt and you're ready for more. You're results-driven, love working with people, and know how to bring the best out of a team.

You:

• Have leadership experience in a retail setting
• Are confident running shifts and owning store operations
• Know how to motivate and support your crew
• Are all about delivering results and getting the job done
• Are flexible and reliable, especially across weekends and peak trade
