This is a full-time, on-site position located in Christchurch for a Senior Quality Inspector. The Senior Quality Inspector will oversee quality assurance and inspection processes, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP standards. Responsibilities include conducting detailed inspections of components, verifying dimensional conformity using tools such as CMM and laser scanning, and performing non-destructive testing. This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to uphold quality standards and identify continuous improvement opportunities within manufacturing processes.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management practices
- Proficiency in Inspection processes, including the use of CMM, laser scanning, and manual measurement tools
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess complex technical specifications and ensure compliance with standards
- Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP requirements for aerospace manufacturing and testing
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage quality‑related documentation and reporting
- Prior experience in an aerospace or manufacturing quality environment is highly advantageous
- Relevant certifications in quality inspection or quality management are a plus
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment
