As part of the expanding Insolvency team, you will handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, including:

• Corporate insolvency and restructuring
• Solvent reorganisations
• Collaborating with clients on complex insolvency issues, delivering practical and tailored advice

• Full training provided for candidates transitioning from Commercial Litigation, Commercial or Banking Law
• Clear career progression opportunities with Associate and Senior Associate positions available for experienced Insolvency Solicitors

• A qualification as a Solicitor (NQ or experienced), with some knowledge or exposure to Insolvency Law
• A background in Commercial Litigation, Commercial or Banking Law (preferred but not essential)
• A strong interest in specialising in insolvency and the ability to work on complex cases
