About the Role

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will manage a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters from start to finish. This includes handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages and equity release transactions for freehold and leasehold properties. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the conveyancing department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion
• Provide expert advice on a wide range of property transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout
• Work collaboratively with the team to develop and expand the department's services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service

About You:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in Residential Conveyancing
• The ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
• Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold property transactions
• A proactive approach to business development and client engagement
