We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our paid digital channels, analytics, and content performance. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and data-driven, with hands‑on experience across Meta and Google Ads.

• Plan, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
• Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube, retargeting)
• Track and analyse performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and platform insights
• Create engaging digital content for ads, social media, and campaigns
• Support agent, property, and brand marketing initiatives
• Test, optimise, and refine campaigns to maximise ROI
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates

• Proven experience in digital marketing, paid ads, or performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Confident working with analytics and reporting
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
