We're looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Christchurch Team!

The Curtiss-Wright HR team in Christchurch operate as a Shared Service, supporting around 598 employees, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, organised and professional Payroll Administrator to join the team at our state-of-the-art facility by Bournemouth Airport.

** Your Challenge:
*** Assisting with the processing of the monthly UK payroll including the day-to-day handling of queries and communications with the Finance & HR teams.
* The role will require working with Workday HR & payroll software.
* Assisting with the processing of benefits through the payroll including Auto enrolment pension
* Assisting with report requests from the business
* Conducting ad-hoc tasks as required by your manager.
* Ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
* Maintaining Payroll records
* Assisting with Payroll Audits. Internally and externally.
* Minimum 2 years payroll experience.
* Helping with the Payroll helpdesk queries/tickets.

* Up to date knowledge of SSP, SMP etc rates
* Knowledge of NMW rates of pay
* Able to manually calculate pay, including NI, Tax, and pension deductions
* Deal with court orders
* Option to study CIPP qualification
* Confidentiality is a must
* Must have GCSE Math and English
* Willing to travel within the UK, must hold a valid UK drivers license
